Regional Operations Manager
The Regional Operations Manager plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day activities in the showroom, focusing on order and stock management. The role includes close collaboration with suppliers, internal teams, and production partners to ensure operational efficiency and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order & Supplier Management: Track and manage custom and ready-to-wear orders, communicate with production partners and ensure timely delivery.
- Stock Administration: Oversee product reception and update stock data in Shopify and ERP systems. Ensure optimal stock levels and implement internal inventory systems.
- Showroom Support: Assist with procuring supplies, decorations, and refreshments that enhance the client experience. Help maintain the showroom’s daily functionality.
- Financial Coordination: Handle invoices, delivery documents, and supplier-related paperwork in collaboration with the finance and logistics teams.
Ideal Profile:
- Higher education background.
- Previous experience in operational roles, preferably in premium retail or fashion.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory platforms (Shopify, SmartBill, ERP, CRM).
- Detail-oriented and solution-driven, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
